Kabob House started on the year 1996 as a small Deli shop inside "Mikes Discount
Beverages" on East Independence Blvd.
Nader Behrouzjou, a native of
Teheran Iran, had run the place as a Deli already for six years before
converting it to a more formal, sit-down place, Kabob House - " Persian
Cuisine".
Tawny walls, candle sconces of gilt and crystal, rugs hung on walls and a
little central fountain give color and accent to the atmosphere for an
authentic look. Dining room, holds up to 100 quests, which can be used for
small reception, birthday parties and so forth. Dining room can be set up for
small meetings. A Tea Room-Hookah Lounge, gives the atmosphere for better
understanding Persian culture and customs. Since remodeling, finished on
October 2006, we have hosted many successful private parties, ceremonies. As an
added bonus Kebab House started a Belly
Dancing on Friday and Saturday evening for customer entertainment.
